It was 3 months or more in the making to get this completed and it came right down to the night before we left for Dragoncon on Thursday the 31st. The head alone took me a little over a month to create, and most of that was due to hair punching. I actually did make a robe to wear as well, like in the Evermore segment of the film, but it was far too warm to wear it during the convention and it hid much of the costume under it.
