i have 2 quotes that walt disney himselve once said, and ive read somewhere: 1"the more you like yourselve, the less you are like anyone else, which makes you unique." 2. "i do not make films primarily for children. i make them for the child in al of us, whether he/she be 6 or 60. call the child innocence"

I couldn't agree more with you Fenna. Although our family right now is full of wonderful people, I do know there are many out there who are experiencing some sad times. I know what it feels like to be bullied - not being into sports, being artistic and creative - wanting to achive goals nobody ever though were possible in my small town growing up. I will never understand why haters exsist or what they feel they get from putting others down, all I know is that I am who I am, and I want to be with people like you and Rianne and all of the other family members here that share in the same belief. LOVE TO YOU!

I agree 100% with you! Despite the bullying and hate that you can experience...it's always important to stay to your true self.
When I was in school, I used to get bullied all the time...mainly for not being as "athletic" as other people, for being big history and science lover, for reading a lot of books, and for having an old soul. What I mean about having an old soul is that for as far back as I can remember, I've always loved just about everything related about things from the 1950's and earlier...especially the cars, fashion styles, movies, music, dancing, etc. Despite this, I did my best to ignore all the bullies and haters out there. There are days it can be hard to ignore the haters...but I must say that being your true self takes more courage and strength than people realize, and that staying the course means that you win..and the bullies lose.
Anyway, I must also say that I'm honoured to be part of this beautiful family! :)
